RETURN POLICY

Solecall Return Policy:

We take customer satisfaction and shopping experience very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any quality issues, we will accept return requests according to the following policy:

Return Time:
You may make a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Process:
Please contact our customer service team before making a return request. You can contact us by email: support@solecall.com.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return request process and provide you with the return address and other necessary information.
When returning an item, please pack it properly to ensure that it is not damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Returns:
We unconditionally offer a full refund for lost items due to lost shipping.
For products returned by the customer due to insufficient address, wrong address, undeliverable address, inability to contact the customer, and other reasons, the products will be returned. If the customer needs a refund, a 10% handling and shipping fee will be charged.
Items that are not shipping damaged are the responsibility of the customer for return shipping costs.
You may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. (This will be deducted from the refund)

Return Conditions:
Merchandise must be in unused, intact, and original condition with all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
If the merchandise has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide relevant evidence (e.g. photos).
Upon receipt of our return address and instructions, please package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
After returning the item, please provide a return receipt from the shipping company with the tracking number of the return so we can expedite your refund/exchange.

Refund Processing:
Once we have received and reviewed the returned merchandise, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment and will usually be completed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note the following:
Return shipping costs for non-quality issues will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and issue a refund if the return does not meet the conditions of our return policy.
